The Old Dominion Boat Club only rents the Ballroom (max 175 people), which includes the attached Deck/Patio and the President's Room (max 17 people) and offers professional catering services to Renters for occasions like birthdays, engagements, wedding receptions, anniversaries, retirement parties, fundraisers, business meetings, etc.
Our Tap Room or Roof Top Deck are not available as a rental.
Our Parking Plaza is for member's vehicles only at all times.
On a limited basis, Non-Members may rent with member sponsorship.Rentals with Children: Rentals with children may be held on Club premises for children under 21 years of age, only if; no more than 40 children and at least .25 adult chaperones per child attend the event. (Example 40 children x .25 chaperones = 10 adult chaperones) In addition, two Club facilitators must be present at the event if more than 20 children. An adult to access or egress the facility must accompany all children of members or guests.

The Board of Governors approves all rentals.
