All-Day Voting for the open 2023 Officers and Board positions on December 5th, 2022
Voting will occur from 11 AM to 5 PM on Monday, December 5th in the Ballroom. The poll will close at 5 PM sharp and will then re-open at the 7:30 PM General Membership meeting that evening; after which voting will end.
Voting will be for a new President and Vice President, and six (6) Board members. (The immediate Past President (Bruce Catts) shall automatically be one of the members comprising the seven (7) Board of Governors).
Prior to the voting at the meeting, each candidate will have three minutes to formally address the members on their candidacy. Members will not be permitted to ask questions of the candidates. Upon the conclusion of the candidate’s speeches, voting will continue for those members who have not voted earlier that day.
In order to cast a ballot, all voting members must show a valid government/state picture type ID or current ODBC picture ID.
REMINDER: Members in a non-resident status, suspended or in debt to the club are not permitted to vote on any club matters, including elections.
