ODBC Tap Room Reservation Policy
All Tap Room reservations taken will include a contact number and member direct Point of Contact (POC), along with arrival time and guest count.
If at least one guest has not arrived by the reservation time, the Manager on duty will contact the member/guest.
If the reservation POC does not respond, the table will be given up to the next group on the waitlist after 15 minutes has expired from the original reservation time.
If the reservation POC answers the call, or calls in and acknowledges they are running late, they will be given a 30-minute grace period to get to the Tap Room. After 30 minutes the table may be given to the next group on the waitlist and the reservation will be considered a no-show.
The Manager on duty reserves the right to move the reservation to a smaller table if the group no longer occupies at least 3/4 of the original reservation guest count.
*Any Tap Room reservation larger than 12 must be approved through the General Manager. Parties of 20 or more are considered private events and must go through the private event process.
~ Reservations of 20 or more will not be taken in the Tap Room.
