2023 ODBC Foundation Golf Tournament

Registration

• 01- Golfer Registration – $125.00
  Begin Registration as an individual player.
  If you would like to make it a Foursome - Please add your 3 Guests. If you are paying individually, but are part of a Foursome, please add the Captain's Name.
• 02- Hole Sponsor – $500.00
  Signage will be displayed on designated hole. You will be contacted via e-mail for artwork & sponsor info.
• 03- Hole Sponsor with Foursome – $375.00
  In order to qualify for a Discounted Hole Sponsor, you must first register your Foursome
• 04- Breakfast Sponsor – $1,500.00
  Sponsor is providing the light breakfast for each participant prior to Teeing Off.
• 05- Lunch Sponsor – $1,500.00
  Sponsor will be providing for Boxed Lunches for each participant during the round.
• 06- Beverage Cart Sponsor – $1,800.00
  Sponsor will be providing complimentary beer, wind, soda, Gatorade & water for the duration of the round for each participant.
• 07- Awards Reception Sponsor – $1,800.00
  Sponsor will be providing cocktail hour during the Awards Reception after the round is completed.
