Registration

• 01 - Individual Golfer Registration – $150.00
  Begin Registration as an individual player.
  If you are paying individually, but are part of a Foursome, please add the Captain's Name.
• 02 - Golf Foursome Registration – $600.00
  Purchase a Foursome - lists your players in the guest section
• 03 - Golf Foursome with Hole Sponsorship – $1,000.00
  Sponsor a hole and put together your foursome. Add your golfers under guest registration.
• 04 - Hole Sponsor – $500.00
  Signage will be displayed on designated hole. You will be contacted via e-mail for artwork & sponsor info.
• 05 - Breakfast Sponsor – $2,000.00
  Sponsor is providing the light breakfast for each participant prior to Teeing Off.
• 06 - Lunch Sponsor – $2,000.00
  Sponsor will be providing for Boxed Lunches for each participant during the round.
• 07 - Beverage Cart Sponsor – $2,500.00
  Sponsor will be providing complimentary beer, wine, soda, Gatorade & water for the duration of the round for each participant.
• 08 - Awards Reception Sponsor – $2,500.00
  Sponsor will be providing cocktail hour during the Awards Reception after the round is completed.
